My dear X,
Your letter is just to hand. I am now very upset as I witnessed a terrible street accident that took place yesterday. I am giving a short description of it. It was about 9.30 am in the morning. I was going to college. At that time a little girl was crossing the road near our college. Suddenly I found a truck coming with full speed. Seeing the at the middle of the road, the driver of the truck braked immediately. But before he could reach to a half, the poor girl was knocked down. Their raised a hue and cry around. In the meantime, the truck sharply got out of the scene to escape from public rage. However, I ran to the spot. I saw that she was bleeding profusely . She was trying to speak but could not. I hired a car to take her to the Dhaka Medical . But unfortunately she died on the way. Before her death, she said that she wanted to see the face of her loving mother. It touched me very much. I will never forget this pathetic .
