Sir,
With due respect, I beg to state that ours is one of the oldest colleges in the district. It is reputed both for standard education and co-curricular activities. Every year the students of our college participate in the science fair. This time , we wish to hold a science fair on our college campus on the occasion of the ‘Science Week.’ Our science teachers have already given their kind consent to guide us. A science fair is both educative and amusing. It promotes our knowledge and gives new experience, new knowledge and joy. The fair inspires the students to study on science. They also get a chance to show their creative power in a science fair.
I, therefore, pray that you would kindly permit us to hold the science fair on our college campus and sanction us taka 10,000 to hold the fair and oblige thereby.
