Email to the bank manager for cancelling a cheque : Suppose, you are a director of Met life Insurance Company, Banasree Branch, Dhaka. Your accounts officer has lost a cheque of tk 50,000. Now, write an e-mail to the Manager of Dutch Bangla Bank, Gulshan Branch, Dhaka for cancelling the cheque.
The e-mail can be sent to Manager_Gulshan@dutchbanglabank.com. In your email you should include- a subject line· salutation/greetings, why you want to cancel the cheque , a closing mark and your name.

I, therefore, request you to cancel it without delay so that it may not be encashed by a wrong person.
